Terms of Use
Effective September 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the gukul Chrome extension and gukul.com. By using gukul, you agree to use it responsibly and only where you have authority to automate actions or process content.
Your responsibility
Recording is live and replayed actions can make permanent changes. You are responsible for reviewing workflows, targets, inputs, limits, and affected data before running them; supervising runs where appropriate; respecting website terms and applicable law; and protecting exported files.
Acceptable use
Do not use gukul to gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt services, infringe rights, or collect information unlawfully. Do not use the product on accounts, systems, or content you are not authorized to access or modify.
Product availability
Dynamic websites can change without notice. Preflight checks can catch known-invalid conditions, but they cannot guarantee that a workflow will succeed. Supported behaviors and limitations are described on this site and in the product documentation.
Your data
Workflow definitions and extracted results remain locally in Chrome unless you explicitly download or copy them. You retain responsibility for the content you record or extract and for any exported data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No warranty
gukul is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees that every website, target, or workflow will remain compatible or error-free.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
